Wig Replacements are essentially a full coverage Mesh & Bead system to create a foundation to hold 1 or 2 rows of extensions that are added for volume and length.

Hair in this stage of hair loss need extra careful installation methods. We would use the full Mesh beaded cap to sew down the topper or in some cases a medical grade glue designed especially for hair loss systems.
