✨ Hi, I’m Rhader!

​

I’m an apprentice in the Hair Design Program here at Evolve by Tara & Co., where I’m training in scissor cuts, clipper cuts, men’s cuts, color, and men’s hair replacement systems such as toupees. As part of my program, I’m now taking clients while building my technical skills behind the chair.

​

I grew up in the salon watching my mom love her career, her clients, and her team, and seeing how fulfilled she was made me want to be part of the industry too. But what really motivated me was noticing a huge gap in services for men—especially when it comes to color, highlights, and modern hair replacement options.

 

I want to help fill that gap by offering services and solutions for men who want to look and feel their best.

​I’m excited to learn, grow, and bring more inclusive men’s services to our community.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me riding dirt bikes, working on cars, or trying every kind of energy drink I can get my hands on.

I’m grateful to be starting my career at Evolve and I can’t wait to meet you in my chair!
